Return and Refund

 

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Must be returned in their original packaging, with all barcode tags and labels intact

  • Items should be returned in a saleable condition

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return:
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or another tracked service.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


Please retain your tracking number and proof of postage.


Return Costs:

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.


Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

 

  • Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards): Refunds processed directly to your card

  • Klarna: Klarna will adjust your payment schedule or refund accordingly

  • PayPal: Refunds will go back to your PayPal account

    Please note: Any non-refundable transaction fees deducted by your payment provider (e.g. PayPal) are not covered by us.


Returning Your Item


Please include the returns form or a note with your order number and reason for return, and send it to the address provided in your return instructions.
