We hope you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please read the details below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
Please email us at info@vintagejewellerygift.com within this 14-day period to request a return. Once approved, your item must be sent back within a further 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

All tags, labels, and certificates must still be attached.

Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.
Please note:

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

For hygiene reasons, sealed jewellery such as earrings may only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been broken or removed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the issue.
We will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund, and we’ll cover all return postage costs for these cases.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning a non-faulty item:

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.
If you return your entire order under your legal right to cancel, we’ll also refund your original standard delivery cost (if paid). Please note that any express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.
You’ll receive the full amount you paid for the returned items (excluding any non-standard delivery costs). Please allow a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
